The house was just as described and everything in the house was well decorated, comfortable, fully equipped kitchen and all the necessities were supplied. We brought our fishing boat with us and took advantage of the dock, the kayaks and the fire pit, it made the stay so much fun. We are looking for forward to staying there again in the future.

I believe my family found the perfect getaway for peace and rest! This house is right on the water and equipped with kayaks, fishing gear, and outdoor games. The house has a nice kitchen (along with everything you would need), comfortable furniture, and it was clean & spacious. The nearby towns have some great restaurants, cafes, and shops (the 20 min drive is worth it!). We also enjoyed the nature reserve quite a bit. We definitely plan on returning!

My family and I had an amazing experience in this home. We created wonderful memories and left closer than we came. This beautiful property created a peaceful environment with so many things for everyone to do. The response to any of my questions were answered swiftly. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone interested in bonding and growing closer in a breathtaking atmosphere.

Has everything you need, place is beautiful, host is awesome,. this is our second time staying there and we will definitely would recommend. Has bikes and a beach in front of it and much more. Everything you possibly need wether a question or literally anything the host either has the answer or has anything your asking. The host is awesome 10/10, everything about the place is perfect!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. Lots of room here. Family of 6 adults and two fur babies were comfortable and felt right at home. Kitchen is stocked with appliances and utensils which made it easy to bake and cook. Outside grill worked great. Local grocery store very close and local pizza delivery quick and yummy! Plenty of chairs to sit on the deck or front porch AND folding chairs to wagon to the beach. Beach less than a block (thru parking lot) from home.

We had such an incredible experience at Megan's place. Our group included two dogs, five adults, and two kids under 4. The space could not have been more perfect. We were so close to Dollywood and the dogs and I were able to hike in the Smoky Mountains every morning. Megan set us up with everything we could have ever needed and was so responsive when anything came up. I would love to come back and visit again. We all had such an amazing time!

One of the best BnBs we’ve stayed at! Between the multiple amenities and beautiful location our family thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and never went for wanting anything! One of the most well-stocked kitchens and houses, we were beyond surprised at the available items for our use. I can’t recommend this location enough, and we will definitely be booking again in the future!

We had a great stay at Jim’s place. The hosts were very responsive. We did have a power outage and since the water was a well system, we had no water (even for the bathroom) and electricity for a few hours. The uncertainty of not knowing if the power would come back on within a few hours was concerning. The hosts did contact the electricity provider and let us know that the estimate would be by 9pm. However online, it showed a different estimate. We just wish the place had a backup generator for cases like this. They sent us water and offered us a refund. The next morning, we were offered a late checkout too. We really appreciate the effort the team made for this inconvenience. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. We would comeback in the future.

Megan’s house was beautiful and perfect for our family. The house has been beautifully restored and all the modern conveniences have been provided. The house and surroundings were ideal, especially for the children. The fenced in yard with the huge collection of toys as well as the playground next door provided hours of enjoyment for all. Our host was very friendly and responsive and made everything crystal clear!
