Drennan We stayed at Megan & Jim’s 320 Colonial Beach home in Virginia for a cousin family get together. 6 adults and 6 kids fit comfortably in the home over 3 nights and 2 full days. There is a park next door the kids could get to from the back yard, the beach was a simple walk across the street, and you could see it from the front porch. The town was peaceful, and the beach was great. We had dinner one night at Margaritas, another at Muse Pizza and Arcade, and cooked out the other night. We highly recommend staying here. -M. You are responsible for your pet at all times inside and outside the home** ~ Please leave the house in the same condition you found it. ~ Please place ALL trash bags in the 2 outdoor cans located at the street in front of the tree. ~ Please make sure ALL dirty dishes are in the dishwasher and the dishwasher is running when you check out. ~ Please make sure the outdoor shower is turned off. ~ Please place the dirty linens and towels on the floor by the washer and dryer at check out. (Leave the bedspread in the appropriate room for the cleaning team) ~ Please do not damage property or leave excessively dirty. Put bikes, games, etc back in the place it was found. ~ All guests must be listed and agree to house rules at booking. No invitees are allowed for insurance purposes. ~ There are cameras for safety, YOURS and ours. They do NOT look into private areas of the home. ~ NO Fireworks. ~ If you must leave your pet unattended in the house, we ask that you crate your fur-baby. ~No smoking inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied. ~Feel free to adjust the climate and lighting to your preference. Neighborhood

Colonial beach is known as the golf cart town! Two golf cart rental companies are close by. Walk, bike, or ride the golf cart to the beach, dining, etc in the town limits. You will see people walking their dogs on a daily basis. We are located between the Raven Restaurant and the community garden and public playground. The next street over is a public area to play basket ball, they provide picnic tables, etc.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire house, excluding two locked owner's closets. Enjoy free driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles, with additional seasonal street parking available.

Excellent home! We cannot say enough about our helpful considerate hosts. The home exceeds the photos shown and the mix of historic and modern is so well done. We were 4 generations and all had room and privacy. Plenty of children’s yard and beach toys and we adults enjoyed the bikes. Loved our evenings at the fire pit also. Beach is lovely and people of Colonial Beach so welcoming. We will return!

We stayed here for the weekend with my family, 8 adults and 4 kids, and it was perfect. The house had plenty of space and bathrooms for everyone, and everything was very clean and well taken care of. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook, which made meals easy. The location is great, close to restaurants, shops, and anything else you might need. The backyard is gorgeous and spacious, and the front yard is also really nice. There were bikes and other extras available for us to use, which was a fun bonus. Having parking was a big plus, since in this town most places require you to pay for parking. We also rented a golf cart and had a great time driving around. Overall, it was a fantastic stay. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it.
