Excellent home! We cannot say enough about our helpful considerate hosts. The home exceeds the photos shown and the mix of historic and modern is so well done. We were 4 generations and all had room and privacy. Plenty of children’s yard and beach toys and we adults enjoyed the bikes. Loved our evenings at the fire pit also. Beach is lovely and people of Colonial Beach so welcoming. We will return!

We stayed here for the weekend with my family, 8 adults and 4 kids, and it was perfect. The house had plenty of space and bathrooms for everyone, and everything was very clean and well taken care of. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook, which made meals easy. The location is great, close to restaurants, shops, and anything else you might need. The backyard is gorgeous and spacious, and the front yard is also really nice. There were bikes and other extras available for us to use, which was a fun bonus. Having parking was a big plus, since in this town most places require you to pay for parking. We also rented a golf cart and had a great time driving around. Overall, it was a fantastic stay. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it.

Where do I start? This was the perfect place to stay during our trip to the Pigeon Forge area! It’s incredibly spacious, packed with thoughtful amenities, in a peaceful yet convenient location—and the hosts, Jim and Megan, were truly wonderful. The Sparrow’s Nest is a townhome with more than enough room for everyone. We had three adults, two pre-teens, and a dog, and never once felt crowded. Each bedroom has a king-sized bed, nightstands, and a dresser, and there was still plenty of open space. Even better, every bedroom has its own full bathroom, which made getting ready super easy. The home is well-equipped with everything you might need. There’s a washer and dryer, a Keurig with a generous supply of coffee and tea, and a fully stocked kitchen with cookware, dinnerware, and drinkware—plus a dishwasher to make cleanup simple. The location is another huge plus. It’s just off Veterans Highway, far enough from the busy tourist areas to be quiet and relaxing, but still only about 10 minutes from all the main attractions in Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. And last but definitely not least—Jim and Megan were amazing hosts. They made it easy to reach them either through the booking app or by phone, and they responded quickly to any questions we had. You can tell they truly care about making sure guests have a great experience. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and will definitely be returning. If you're considering this place—go for it. You won’t regret it!

Our stay at Sparrow Nest was absolutely amazing. All the comforts of home. So close to all the attractions, perfect location.
